
Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo has appointed Professor Ebunoluwa Olufemi Oduwole as its 5th Vice Chancellor, who presented a 10-point strategic plan designed to foster development and establish the university as an internationally recognized institution.

The selection of Professor Oduwole as the first woman to hold the position of Vice Chancellor marks a significant milestone in the university's 20-year legacy. She takes over from Professor Timothy Adebayo, whose five-year term concluded in 2025.
