A twenty-six-year-old final year student from the Copperbelt University (CBU), identified as SYLVIA MWEETWAA T., lost her life in a tragic road accident on the Kitwe-Chingola Road. Three additional individuals, including two fellow students, also involved in this incident managed to survive but sustained injuries; they are currently receiving medical attention at a local hospital. According to Copperbelt Police Commissioner Pathias Siandenge, the crash happened on Thursday when the vehicle transporting all four passengers veered off the roadway and flipped over, likely because of speeding.

A twenty-six-year-old graduate from Copperbelt University (CBU) passed away due to injuries sustained in a road traffic accident on the Kitwe-Chingola Road.
Among the survivors were three individuals, including two students, who were injured and have been admitted to the hospital.
The Copperbelt Police Commissioner, Pathias Siandenge, stated that the incident took place on Thursday when the vehicle carrying the four individuals veered off the roadway and flipped over, allegedly as a result of speeding.
