The services can be accessed in seven different languages.

Saudi Arabia’s The Ministry of Health, via the Seha Virtual Hospital, has introduced remote medical consultation services aimed at pilgrims participating in the 1446 AH Hajj season.

The hospital provides 24/7 consultations through the integrated call center, the Sehhaty smartphone app, and the X platform.

The services can be accessed in seven languages: specifically Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian.

Pilgrims can choose between audio, video, or text consultations and upload medical reports or test results.

Furthermore, Seha Virtual Hospital serves more than 300 ongoing and provisional healthcare centers throughout Makkah and Madinah, as well as providing services for mobile clinics and facilities dedicated to the Hajj campaigns.
