Kathmandu, June 7 - According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, today’s weather forecast predicts partially to mostly cloudy conditions in Koshi Province and the hill areas. Other parts of the region are anticipated to experience primarily clear skies with some cloud cover.
Scattered areas within Koshi Province may experience light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning. Similarly, isolated locations in Madhesh Province and the hill zones could see some precipitation. Additionally, light rainfall or snow might occur at individual spots across the higher hills and mountains of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces.
This evening, Koshi Province along with the hillier areas will experience partially clouded conditions, whereas the remainder of the nation should stay mostly clear. Scattered light to moderate showers accompanied by thunderstorms could occur in parts of Koshi as well as in some sections of the hills within Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces. Additionally, isolated instances of mild rainfall or snow may take place in several spots across the higher elevations of these provinces' hilly and mountainous zones.
The division states that the prevailing weather conditions are shaped by westerly and local breezes across the western and central regions of the nation, whereas monsoon winds are impacting the majority of Koshi Province’s territory.
